System selection

What determines the right system

There is no universal best floor. The right answer comes from the conditions — and from a clear assessment before committing to a specification.

  • Traffic & abrasion

Forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and foot traffic each wear a floor differently. The system is matched to the load.

  • Chemicals & cleaning

Oils, salts, food acids, and cleaning regimes narrow the chemistry. We select for what the floor will actually see.

  • Moisture & the slab

Slab condition and moisture decide what can bond and what needs mitigation first. We assess before we specify.

  • Slip resistance

Texture is chosen for the work performed — wet process areas, ramps, and public spaces each need a different answer.

  • Preparation

Grinding, shot blasting, and repairs are the foundation. The right system on poor preparation fails early.

  • Downtime & phasing

Shutdown windows and occupied buildings shape the schedule. We plan phasing and cure time around your operations.

These samples are a helper to visualise your floor. The actual colour and look on site depends on lighting, the concrete, the products and how they are applied. We have many more colours and blends available, and we bring real samples to show you during your site assessment.
